Employee Award 2024

September & October

Congratulations Sam!

Sam was nominated for going above and beyond on more than one occasion, working on urgent projects to help meet our customers needs. This meant Sam had a few weekends and late nights where he worked tirelessly to meet demand.

From time to time we can experience 'emergency' jobs from our customers and Sam is proof of what an amazing service our team deliver, especialy when its needed the most.

Well done Sam! We hope you enjoyed some well earned rest after a testing time.

Congratulations Grzegorz!

Grzegorz was nominated by his peers for taking on a mammoth task and while very repetitive, it was vital to the job in hand.

Since joining us, he has been a breath of fresh air to the office, he is extremely polite, eager to learn, eager to help, fills us with lots of treats on a daily basis and always offers everyone a cuppa!!

Its great to have someone like Grzeg in the office, bringing smiles to faces and encouraging positivity. A fantastic addition to the team. Well deserved!

Congratulations Josh!

Josh was nominated by his peers for being readily available to drop everything to travel abroad (without much notice) which meant long working days, including his weekends 🧳✈️

Josh was also nominated for covering lots of extra work whilst two colleagues were away from the office, and for also looking after lots of quotes.

Well deserved Josh!

January & February

Congratulations Lauren!

Lauren was nominated by her peers for doing a fantastic job at the packaging innovations exhibition. Being her first ever exhibition experience, Lauren was not supposed to be 'on the stand', however, during busy periods, Lauren stepped up and spoke to many visitors. One of which took the time to feedback that Lauren had been extremely helpful and professional in assisting with their enquiry.

She has also been doing a great job in her day-to-day Sales Development role.

Well done Lauren!
